We will be having a huge La Crosse contingent going up to Eau Claire for the next WORS race. Will you be there?

Yo -  I know this is short notice, but tomorrow Chad Juel and myself, Pickle, will be participating in the first running of the Happy Mutant-Athalon.  What is a Happy Mutant-Athalon? you ask.  Glad you did, but I would have told you anyway.  The H.M.A is an event geared around enjoying the spoils of living in a temperate climate while exploiting our bodies for the shear ecstacy of it.  Got your attention?Long story short, Chad and I are going for a moderately paced medium sized ride in the morning followed by either 9 or 18 holes of golf whilst drinking beer.  If you’re interested post it up and we’ll figure a time. See Ya

I have the entire week off from work. So the question is, “How many miles should I ride this week?”

State SS championships on Saturday

It is 5:30 i am wearing spandex heading out to go ride my Mt. Bike, only issue is the darkness that fills my heart.

Wait never mind..

The single speed championships is only a week away and it is just an hour or so away at Levis Mounds. I’d like to check out the course this Saturday or Sunday if anyone is interested in going up. I rarely get a chance to ride there and sort of want to get an idea of what gear to push.

Don’t forget the rules of the road when on your bike. Assuming you drive correctly, you should know how to ride correctly

I would like to do a 2.30 hr ride tomorrow leaving from my place on 21 and cass at 0600am…
